As with quite a few weddings over the last two years, Anne's special day had a few stop/starts with delays and new dates. However the day so joyously arrived and you can see on Ed and Anne's faces (and that of their dearest friends and family) it was exactly what they had waited for!

DOLAN is an exquisitely crafted silk crepe de chine gown with a delicate lace embroidered cap sleeve and complimenting lace open back and lace trimmed hem. The freshness of this dress is only matched by it's romantic aesthetic. Anne paired her wedding dress with the most gorgeous hand-twisted headpiece that her mother wore to her own wedding in the 1970's. It worked so perfectly for the style of the dress and the mood of Anne and Ed's wedding day.

Why did you love Laure de Sagazan?
I was looking for something simple, classic, and most importantly comfortable. Laure's designs hit the mark perfectly.
Was fit and quality important to you?
Definitely, I wanted to wear something that made me feel myself and fit my body. Quality French lace was difficult to come by and Laure's designs incorporated lace in a beautiful way.
Had you tried many other styles before choosing your dress?
I had tried a few other styles [but only from] Laure de Sagazan designs at Carte Blanche. I had seen her designs but with limited travel I didn't think I would be able to try her dresses in Australia. I was so excited when I found that Carte Blanche stocked her designs!

I wanted the experience of finding a dress to be seamless, no fuss but still special and exciting. The experience at Carte Blanche with Anastasia was exactly that. I specifically chose Carte Blanche Bride, firstly because of the incredible designs but mostly because I sensed that Anastasia knew exactly what was important to me when choosing a dress. Anastasia made the experience an absolute delight and the least stressful, most enjoyable part of planning our wedding.
From choosing a dress through to fitting, the process was flawless and I was left feeling completely confident and excited that I had chosen the right dress.
